Does anyone know anything good to make with them? I don't know what to use because they have like a unique flavor that doesn't match with anything.

fondues are good, and my mom slow cooks ( i dunno what it's called in english) them with yellow rock sugar, and it's really good. Refreshing, and sweet.

Make it into juice.

Or add one in while you're cooking your soup (it depends on what soup it is though).
