I won first place in 9th grade girls badminton competition... years back. That was the highlight of my 9th grade year.

Handwriting contest!? That sounds fun. I like your handwriting.

I won my school Spelling Bee.. And I got 11th out of 36 or so people in the district Spelling Bee.. I got 2nd place in the Spring Art Show.

i auditioned for this modeling thing back in april and they accepted me
they said they werent excepting too many people, so i felt special ^^;

alot of my friends say they like my handwriting, but for some reason, i hate it 0_<

haha thats awesome. you go girl. I wish I had known about that. My handwriting is too inconsistent to win tho. oh well. Great job even tho its second place. its still better than everyone but one person.

uhm.. i won a scooter a few years ago but that was pure luck.. x_x; and uhm.. i won a book contest and got free books at a book fair.. o_O; but that was pure luck too.. i guess the only thing i actually won with working.. is a typing contest in some game. yes.. im sad. and the typing contest was in speed so yeah o_O;; but i didnt get anything from it.. ermm.gif

Contests.. hah. So that would be a negative on winning anything in a contest, or even entering a contest. The closest would probably be the silver medal in the Sacramento FIRST robotics regional last year. But that wasn't individual, since I hate that competitive sort of crap anyway.

I was thinking I had never won anything, but I did win 3rd place state for Japanese speech contest in high school. I beat out a bunch of asian people too. Only cuz I'm good at impressions. *sigh* also, in 2nd grade, I painted a picture that won first place through out the grade, school, district, region, and state, and won second place nationally.

Aw, congrats. I agree with Frankie, you should've gotten first place. The person that won first place doesn't have great handwriting, IMO.
