ctrl+H gets rid of the extra stuff you see on the screen. I can't think of any reason that you can't draw in certain areas, though. =\

I can't use my pencil at all now...before it wouldn't let me in certain areas but now I can't at all.

What's wrong with my ps7?

Thanks in advance!

Note: This topic http://www.createblog.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=89358 shows my problem before.

Topics Merged.

It's easier if you take a screenshot of your entire screen, so we can see what settings you used and so forth. The checkered area in your image is the transparent part.

You may want to reset, your tools.

I tried resetting tools and resetting ALL tools, it didn't work.

Here is the screen shot you requested x_angawhomps. Thanks but I already know the checked area is the transparent background. I wanted it transparent. I meant the gray part as in the numbers and the envelope which Libertie told me how to get rid of.
