Sorry, didn't know where to post.

Well, about the time of November (last year) I lost one eye tooth. I didn't know if it was already permanent or not. I was getting worried, because nothing was showing up until about 3 months ago. Then a white tip (obviously the tooth) appeared. Now, it has been there ever since and hasn't even budged.

My other 2 teeth that are on the sides of my eye tooth are permanent. Just yesturday, there was a big inflamed bump on my gum - right above the tooth that hasn't grown in.

My mother thinks this is a problem, and she says she needs to make an appointment with the dentist soon.

I will be totally honest. I haven't seen a dentist in about 3 1/2 years.
I know that is really bad, but my mom was always busy with work, and was working long hours just to get some money. We hardly had any money to begin with ((long story with 2 divorces))...so she couldn't pay to go get my teeth cleaned or looked at.

Finally she has gotten caught up with all the bills and she is ready to take me to a dentist.

It might be awhile until I go to the dentist because he has alot of appointments -- but do any of you know if my teeth have an infection or something wrong with them?

Dont spam.

I think only a dentist will be able to give you accurate information about your tooth. You should set up an appointment soon.

probably something you should do until you get to the dentist is make sure you're mouth stays really clean. when i had my wisdom teeth pulled out last year my dentist just really enforced keeping my mouth clean so i wouldn't get any infections.
so just keep brushing your teeth and maybe rinse out your mouth with warm salt water. that way, if it's already infected, you may be able to keep it from getting even worse.

If they're's crowding...not enough space for the tooth to grown in nicely...it'll stop the growth because the other teeth are blocking the decending teeth from growing in. When teeth are growing in..a lot of times there will be some pain and inflamation because they can get infected. Definetely need to see a dentist.

yeah seriously go to a dentist. book an appointment!! otherwise, if you dont, the teeth could start crowding and you'll need braces to sort them out. do something before its too late!!

I think you should go see a dentist because you're supposed to go to the dentist every 6 months or 3 months if you have braces.

It looks like that's your problem. It's recommended that you visit your dentist at least twice a year.

Do you mean that you have something coming out from your gum that is white ? It may be an extra tooth that needs to be pulled down like mine. I have these two theeth from last 2 years that has been up at my gum. Iwent to the orhtodontics and look up whats wrong. i got braces finally and got my tooth pulled down. Before I actually got it pulled down, i had to take away two teeth. It was really painful but it was worth it. Now that my teeth is straight and there are no crooked teeths. =)
