this may sound wierd, but whenever i look into a mirror, i see PURE ugliness.
 i hate everything about my body. i ALWAYS have bags under my eyes and i have huuuugely fat thighs and i feel like if i wear shorts or skirts (even though i do...) everyone will see my huge fat ugly thighs wobbling about like jello on a vibrator.  is there any way you can help me?

umm..the only thing i can say is..use make up or go on a diet?..
im sure that you're pretty! dont say you arent becuase everyone is pretty. i think that you think youre ugly beucase youve seen yourself in the mirror so many times that youve gotten use to your face/body. unless youre concieited or something, everyone probably thinks that they're ugly since like ive said; theyve seen themselves so many times. i know ive gone through that stage but people think im pretty so you are too! |

same here. dont everyone? they look at themselves in the mirror and always seem to pick out the bad stuff about them. try to think at the positive side. what are the good things about you? as my teacher says look in the mirror and say "i am beautiful" although i find it so stupid

beauty counts for alot of girls and guys. it doesn't really matter. you were born the way you were, and you are probably still beautiful anyways!
 I mean, seriously, I don't worry about my beauty that much. God made me the way I am.

everyone is beautiful in thier own way. what you should do is write down your good quilties, on the outside, and inside. and then read the list off to your self. it works, and just remember, that everyone feels like that everyonce and a while

You're not the only one.
A lot of teenaged girls think the exact same way.... it's mainly having to do with low self-esteem and a bad personal body image. You can't do much but change your appearance to how you like it, get over it, or try and be more optimistic. |

I agree with the song. I have the same problem. One time i was wearing this really baggy shirt and they couldnt see my boobs and someone thought i was a guy. I cried and cried. I wear makeup with hopes i can look a litttlleeee bitter but eh. You gotta find the beauty in yourself first. Don't think it's just on the outside. It's inside, and once you find it, then it'll come and be apparent on the outside.
Ok. that sounded like i'm telling you to smear blood all over your face. dont do that. gross. but, just ignore your mind saying you're ugly, and follow your heart that's telling you to be beautiful. |

First, get some self-esteem. Second, exercise, not for beauty, but for your health. Third, talk to people who cares for who you are on the inside. Meaning, shallow people who only cares about looks are not worth your time. People like that can make the prettiest girls feel dirt ugly. Fourth, learn to use make up. Though it isn't necessary, it is fun and is a great way to make you feel better (at least sometimes it is to me. I like experimenting with make up when I have free time). BY THE WAY, when you experiment enough, you'll find ways to hide or even get rid of dark circles under your eyes. No one else can make you pretty. Why? Because "beauty is in the eye of the beholder". |

Dont think like that, Just because your thighs have some meat on em doesnt mean that there nasty your probably very beautiful and you have to start thinking that way dont give in to what the media potrays as the "pretty" girl cuz like rx_azngirl said everyone is unique!!

No matter how much makeup you throw on yourself you'll still be you. So remember that beauty is only skin deep. And plus everyone has bags under their eyes unless their like pure goody goodys who sleep at 6:30 PM. To me, a person is sexy when they have confidence in themselves. Doesn't matter if they have the bod or not. Appreciate that you were born healthy there are so many others that are less fortunate then us. Appreciate that you're even alive today. I mean some people are physically challenged. Know that everyones beautiful in their own way.

^ Yeah, it's just a phase. There's a phase in your life where you're just really self-conscious and there's nothing you can do about it. A lot of times I think I'm the ugliest girl on earth whenever I look in the mirror and a lot of times I close my eyes whenever I pass something that will show me my reflection. You'll grow out of it and you won't care anymore.
What can you do to make it better? Don't think about it and instead of pointing out flaws about yourself, find the positives. |
