Um. Did you just used a filter?? It looks like it...
Edit// Ok. You colored it then filtered it. Thats fine. Maybe take out the filter and leave it as a colourized picture. |

I like the way you colorized it. I just don't like the cut out filter. Well thats the filter it looks like.

Oooh, okay! You did tweak it. I just saw the same image twice last time, and I'm going back and forth between the two thinking "oh my gosh, I'm going to feel so bad saying that all of her effort was wasted because it doesn't look different..."
Pretty cool, but maybe try softening it a bit. That way it doesn't look so choppy. I myself love love the painted look, but I think that maybe it's a bit too harsh as is... |

I'm agreeing w/ everyone else. Take out the filter. It'll look better.
