I was wondering if anybody knows how to do a scribble-ly kind of thing around images. I've seen it around but I'm not sure how oyu would do it, but I'm guessing manually. If it is done manually, can anyone give some tips?

It looks like they used a pencil tool, and just scribbled it in. Are you using photoshop or psp?
