Yeah, like yesterday.
I was crying and I was just sitting on my bedroom floor letting the tears roll down my face.
I pounded my fists against the floor and tensed up.
But after a good amount of water-loss, I calmed down and took deep breaths.

OMG! That sooo happens to me everyday. It sucks actually. It's more of the anxiety actually. It's really bothering that I just put my head down thinking that I'm alone in the room. Maybe you have anxiety of the nervous breakdown? maybe not. well I don't know if it's the nervous breakdown. I'm not quiet sure what's the right word for it.

You are def not the only one. I've felt like that many times :( I hate that feeling. And if it's at school, then it's the worst. I remember many times just running outta the classroom and cry in the bathroom. One time, I got so frustrated at basketball practice I just started crying on court. Running and crying, and angry. lol, that was somethan to watch. So then after practice i sat outside near the steps, 0 degrees in the snow. waiting for my step-dad to pick me up..thinking to myself..I need to get outta this schoool. I hate it here.
But i've def learned, keeping all your feelings bottled up inside is the worse thing you can do. It's better to just let them out. I'm very glad I got outta that school too..Life is much better now :)

i was really pissed. but its all fine now. =]
