yeah. my mom always makes me do stuff for my brother and sister, like get them something to drink and shit. her excuse is always "im sick" or "im tired"

Once I remember my mom making me do Piano/art class/Flute. It sucks so I just told her no more. I do whatever I want to do. My dad forced me to do Track but I didnt even go to the practices and I went to only one meet...so I dont care. Of they force me to do something, I always find a way to not do it.

yes...all the time.
The worst was when my mom made me to go Vietnam with her for a month last Feburary. I hated it mainly because the whole time I was there...I was stressing out of how am I suppose to catch up in school when I get back. It was supposely a "vacation". More like her vacation, it was hell for me watching my mom fight with her so called husband every effin day. Then she runs off to go visit places while I'm stuck in my grandma's house getting forced to eat by my relatives. Some mother-daughter thing that was.....

i used to be really good at art, and I would go to a arts school during the summer. the only problem is that its really really expensive and my mom told me that If I didnt draw during the school year then I couldnt go back. I drew a lion...and it was pretty good...and she still wouldnt let me go back. its been 3 years now, and I cant draw nething nemore.

They made me go to Chinese School. Actually, I wanted to go at first and I made top in the class and had everyone as friends but the school was Taiwanese-Chinese and taught differently so they force me to move to this new one. I was going to quit this semester but then the teacher praised me in front of my mom so she forced me to stay T_T.

I don't think it's a stupid topic. I like this topic because I know there are many parents out there does that. And I want to hear what others get to say about it.
Once, my mom told me to go to the morning church days with her. But I said no so many times. But she bring a stick just to give me a sign that if I don't listen to what she tells me to do, then I'm going to get a spankie from my mom. GOSH I was just so mad!!!! Because I wanted to sleep more because in like few hours, I'm supposed to meet with my friends. And my mom made me sleep at 4:00am because she wanted someone to massage her. I couldn't take the pain groaning and moaning, so I just massaged her because I was annoyed by the noise coming out of her. Anyways, the other times. When my dad told me to go skiing with him when I HATE SKIING! Cause he loves it doesn't mean I have to ski too! He even fought with me for like the whole 2 hours saying that if I don't go, then he'll have to shutdown the computer and hide it somewhere. -_-;; Anyways... maybe your parents think if you draw more, you'll be famous someday. Maybe they have those artistic mind in them and knows that you're the right person to keep on trying. I know you don't like them, but at least try once more? And if you don't like it. Then tell them how you feel. |

sometimes when I'm on the computer and my mom is right next to me watching t.v. she yanks my hair and tells me to get the freaking remote (which is right across from her)!
also, she tells me to try out different food in a restaurant, and some of them are super gross. |

It's just me and my dad.... I try to do the cooking and cleaning and stuff cause he is so good to me. He does try to make me get off the computer or stop reading and he wants me to go out and be with friends .... I don't really have frriends.... i'm not good with stuff like that.
