Repeating Image for Border of blog

A while ago I saw a skin where it had only two images- the header as the main image on the top, and under it was a 800 x 15-20 pixel image that repeated that looked something like this-

(Ignore the "_"'s, as those were just used to put space between the lines.

But anyway, that repeated so it formed a long line down to the bottom of the page and the blog and info box was inside that.


I know this is a really vague explanation, but does anyone know the code I am talking about?

..... Like..... Um.... Can I see that skin? Or something that looks like it? I think you just.... Repeat it vertically as the background.

And yeah, you can just stick it in the background box and choose repeat vertically or something like that. If you absolutwely must code it in, it should look like this... Kinda.
