Make a new image, set it to some size between 200 x 100 and 600 x 400 and just start adding stuff to it. =/
I need something more specific then just 'banner' to help you. |

^Actually the size doesn't matter. You can make the banner size any size that you prefer. You can use brushes, different types of fonts. Just use your imagination. You can add effects if you want.

..... Yes it does.
Anything under 200 x 100 is to small to do anything useful with, as a banner, and is more of a button. Anything over 600 x 400 is too big to be used as a banner and is more of a wallpaper. |
