that's the reason it's so much cheaper for meto call you than vice versa. i don't remember the exact charge, but it's the same price for calls anywhere in the us, canada, and western europe

i don't know about the country code. yes if it's written down attached to the rest of your number, no otherwise. 10-10-987-long string of numbers from my mom's phone book that assuedly contains the country code
