On PS7, ive tryed using the the rectangle tool to try and make a border around pictures. How do you make a border? And sometimes people have a white space between the border and the pictures. I would really like some help (:

This needs to be moved to- Web Design. but check in the tutorial section. im no good with photoshop... so better go ask people who know..

yeah photoshop isnt much of programming... unless your into scrtiping - but i still think that should be in the webdesign...

try selecting the area you want to add a border - right click > stroke (make srue your on the marquee selection tool when right clicking)

self explainitory from there unless your a n00b

Go to the blending options for the layer (the little "f" at the bottom of the layer pallette) and click on stroke. Pick a color, the width and change the position to "Inside". For making a double border, rasterize the first one by right-clicking the layer and click Rasterize. Do the same again.
