Well really, your only supposed to have your period about once every 28 days - once a month. But, if you've just started your period it may be really wacky like that...for the first 2 years or so. If you've had your period for longer than say, 2 years it really isn't normal...talk to your mom or a doctor.

^ Yeah, you shouldn't worry about it too much. If you really are worried about it, you shouldn't be talking to us, but to a doctor.

That happens a lot to me because I just started my period. I don't think you should worry, but I'm not you. If you reallly think somethings wrong, visit your doctor. Better safe than sorry.

It happens to me sometimes. It's pretty common when you're new to your perioud. There's nothing really to worry about. It's completely normal. If you're not sure, just ask your mom. mellow.gif

Wow. That is not normal, but if you just started your period, it's always irregular. I wouldn't worry about it unless this happens too often. Talk to your gynecologist or doctor about it. wacko.gif

If you've already had your period for at least a year then I would see a doctor. It's more common for your period to be irrigular in the first year. If your period stays the same then there is something wrong. My friend actually used to have her period for two weeks and it was super light. She finally went to the doctors and it was completely not normal. As long as you don't have a very heavy flow in your two periods each month and it's your first year, then don't worry to much.

Actually noone really has a normal period until they hit there twenties.

If it really bothers you that much then go to your ob/gyn and ask for birth control pills, they make you regular
