I'm confused, so I'm going to go ahead with the good ol' classic random reply of:
I like cheese.

1. scene

1. A term to define hardcore and metalcore kids, mainly around demographics of 24 years old and under. These are the same kids who may be considered fashioncore, emo, hXc and etc. with their tight jeans as well long shags blindfolding their eyes.

2. A way of saying "cool" in definition #1's very perspective of relevance. It's used to express approval/acceptance usual to a scene kid by a scene kid.

1. Dude remember when Norma Jean toured with Through The Eyes of the Dead? That was the best scene show I've ever attended.

2. xxxCRYMEARIVERANDDROWNMYSELFxx: dude I just got the nevea tears album!
slitXXXXXXwrist: THAT'S SO SCENE!

http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=scene&r=f

i believe they want a list of things that are considered "scene" and have point values next to each thing so you can add all your points up and see how scene you are.

So, basically you're asking who all here label themselves as "scene" kids?

Yeah. I'm scene because I wear big, black-rimmed sunglasses and checkered Vans. Riiight.

People who label themselves need to die. It's bad enough when others label you, yet people seem to think it's cool now to do it themselves.

I hate society.

woah u guys just turned this topic all around. being scene does not ness. mean that your labeled, you can be scene even if you dont like metal/punk/emo/hardcore or what ever, i mean hip hop/r&b im sure has a scene somewhere, but i usually dont hear those types of ppl using this lingo. geez all i did was ask a simple question and was like told off not directly, but pretty much.

^err, there's a scene for each genre (indie scene, emo scene, hxc scene, etc.) and each scene has sterotypical qualities that make you more scene if you have them (?). i don't know how to explain it.

edit: such as the second definition on urbandictionary.

2. scene

typical "scene" girl:

-choppy hair
-usually black
-septum ring
-has a myspace with pictures of her from crazy angles with a TUFF face on because shes so hardxcore
-goes to local shows all the time
-belongs to a livejournal community called "cuntxcore" or "gungunbangbang" or "murderscene". because anything involving guns, or bang, or murder, or glamour, electric, shock, lust, or c**t, is cool in her book
-often says things like "SUP NIGZ" or "KTHXBAI" or "I HATE YOU KDIE" or "IM COOLER THAN YOU K" or "SUP IM RAD" on their myspace profile
-loves dinosaurs and robots and little girl bows and headbands because its just the way things are in the scene. dont ask them why all of them happen to find all of these things suddenly attractive, because they dont know themselves, its just what TOTALLY SCENExCORE people do.

usually theyre just obnoxious bitches who put on this "scener than thou" attitude and hate everyone else, kthxbai lol.

i am so scene, with my dinosaur shirt and my polka dot headband and my short choppy black hair and my cigarettes and my obnoxious attitude <3 kiss my ass kthxbai see you at the hardcore show tomorrow.

1. scene points
an elaborate system for calculating popularity commonly joked about among scenesters and scenester wannabes. everybody know what they are but no one will actually admit they exist.

for example, these things give you scene points:
-bandanas
-straight edge
-veganism
-black hair over face
-collecting vinyl
-having obscure band merch
-wearing tight pants
-being friends with bands, promoters, etc.

these things make you lose scene points:
-wearing volcom, zero, hurley, etc.
-liking good charlotte
-asking for an autograph
-driving (scene kids walk/take the bus)
-having anything to do with rap
-getting a tan

Actually, I think the points are determined by you and your friends.
I don't really think there's a set amount for everyone to use.
Or atleast that's what I think
