well, i joined last july. all of my friends had one, and they kept saying "cassie you loser!!!! get a xanga!!!!" so i went there and i did. and was addicted for like, ever. =]

The first time I found xanga was when I was just looking through my friend's aim profile and I found this like that was labelled with an "x". I clicked it and it was pretty interesting, a profile about yourself and place where you can write about anything.
I registered because I found myself to be a very interesting writer and I also registered because I noticed lots of my friends have it. Now a days, some of those friends quit xanga and registered for a myspace. |

One of my frend had it. But my other frend thought it was really really fobby. I got bored one day, and decided to make one. Since the designing aspect of it was tempting. =] Plus, I like writing down my feelings and getting feedback nd stuff.

i use to think it was plain stupid you write people comment BIG WHOOP. then i was at my bestfriends house and we made one together turns out it wastn so bad. n besides everyones into it i felt xtremely left out

My friend got one and she asked me to join too but i told her it was boring. Affter a few months, I decided to make one and got addicted. lol
For Myspace, it was because of cb. If I never came to cb, I'd prolly won't have a myspace. |

everyone at school kept talking about xanga (yeah yeah yeah, we're such geeks. we go to parties and wind up talking about xanga. it's just sad) so when my friend called me one time and started talking aboiut it, i finally broke down and made one. of course, one turned into like 5, because i mispelled the first one, and then i didn't like usernames i made up, but i've been with this one (my second main one) for over a year now, and now quite literally everyone i know has one, so without xanga, i would be completely isolated from all my friends

My friends were talking about their xanga and they introduced me to xanga. I've been addicted ever since. I've even improved my web designing skills b/c of xanga and createblog of course.
