hey does anyone know what photoshop is? can i download it or do i have to go out and buy it? and if so, which one should i buy? will it be the only one i need to buy or will i need others to do other stuff too? ahh so confused! please help me!

http://www.download.com/ search PHOTOSHOP and it'll come up with results. Download the latest version. this is JUST A TRIAL! In about 30 days or so, you won't be able to use photoshop anymore and it'll ask if you want to buy it. =] |

the big book of rescources is a pinned topic in the webdesign sub-forum that gives you lots of links to most of the things you need.

photoshop 8 cs is probably the one you're looking for. its pretty good i guess.

Photshop 7 is more user friendly, I would start on a older version and work your way up to CS. But I dought you can find a free trial of 7 anymore.

Adobe Photoshop 7.0 is the best in my opinion. It's a graphic design program too..

I like Photoshop CS... better than 7.0. Though, there really isnt too big of a difference

uhmmm, photoshop is a advance program use to edit pictures, make stuff, anything that has to do with pictures or animations in imageready wich comes with photoshop. I like photoshop cs2 better than cs. of course, i just got it today.
