Well, you need a program like Adobe Imageready or Paint to find the coordinates.

Paint is a bit of a hassle in my opinion. If you want quick painless mapping you should use ImageReady or Paint Shop Pro. Sadly, unless you wanna pirate them or bum them off a friend, the last two cost money.
