No why would it? Milk is a dairy product, it is calcium rich, which doesnt promote weight loss, but correct me if im wrong here

Hehe. I also heard one where you drink 3 cups of milk a day, your boobs will grow bigger.
Sadly, none of these are true. Milk makes your bones stronger and healthier, and that's about all that it does. |

I heard that last summer. I thought I was fat (which I'm not! I'm 89 pounds!), and I tried it, needless to say, it did not work out the way I'd hoped...

Don't listen to those, remember the whole thing about low carb diet? Well, it isn't healthy as it turned out to be, and if you started eating carbs again you are at risk of gaining more weight!

Studies have shown that dairy does help you get rid of extra fat around your middle, just don't OD it, however, you've got to exercise along with it

yea, i highly doubt it works. because milk is fattenting and so is cheese. i think the 3day thing is a lie. just drink lots of water. no soda, and juice if ya want something a bit sweet. stay away from fatty food and junk food, but treat yourself every now and then.

I really don't have a clue, but don't do sit-ups or crunches or whatever. Unless you want to stunt your growth. Or so I've heard that's what happens if you do those.

I don't believe they make you slimmer. They just make your bones stronger from the calcium it provides. And uhh...milk does help you to grow taller. Just remember, don't only rely on milk to get you taller. Genes also contribute.

I don't think it will work because milk is protein and calcium rich ( also rich in fat if its not skimmed). protein and calcium have nothing to do with helping you to loss weight. However, drinking milk and having other diary products instead of drinking soft drinks and having chips and burgers will surely keep you fit and healthy.
I would be surprised if drinking milk can keep you slim. |

Okay, look, it's a very specific thing, alright?
Drinking/eating 3 servings of reduced-fat dairy a day will help you lose weight faster on a reduced-calorie diet Just drinking/eating 3 servings of dairy a day won't do anything. The reason this helps is because calcium promotes weight loss, but most dairy products are rather high in fat and carbohydrates, which is why eating regular dairy doesn't normally help you lose weight at all, sometimes it helps you gain weight. |
