hide default picture [abandoned], hide table with default picture |

Hi, Is there a way to hide the table with the default picture on the top right? I really want to get rid of it. Oh and what about the width and height of the "pics in friends table"? Can they be resized and moved to the left side?
I know there are tons of questions to be answered on here but if you could at least answer one of mine it would be greatly appreciated

I don't think you can only switch one of the tables to the left. The whole right side switching to the left is possible.
