http://www.createblog.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=81294 - there was one made asking that already ;)

Click here to find out where to "install" the code I gave you.

Also, for this to work, you need to have a website listed in your userinfo.
If you do not put a website in your userinfo, this code will not work.

1. You don't need a layout from here, or anywhere to put this code into your livejournal.

Just follow the instructions in the other post so you know where to insert that snippet of code. HERE

1. Your website should be put in your profile.
Go to manage > info and look for the website option.
Enter in whatever url, it doesn't need a title, however.

2. Make sure you have your mp3/wav/etc uploaded to a site that allows direct linking, and that your url is correct. it should be http://fileuploadsitehere.com/nameofsong.mp3, NOT something like this c:\\mydocuments\mp3s\shittymusic,.

Please READ what I am posting.

The code in the CODEBOX, goes into the overrides box.
In that code, you need to change the url that says "http://urltoson.com" to the link to the MP3.

Then, you need to edit your profile, and add a website (ANY WEBSITE) to the website option. This is needed to make your music override work. You can put it "createblog.com" or whatever you want. This has nothing to do with your mp3 link, nor the override (aside from it being needed for the override to work.)

S1 overrides won't work on S2.
They're two completely different systems.

I'm not sure how to implement the music with S2 on free accounts (I know how to with paid account, but obviously that's irrelevent..). Sorry. :(

Make a new topic, and post your coding so I can see what the problem is exactly, and what code you messed up.

I tried this and all it does is put the url in my livejournal where it says music, as in what im listening to.
