I'm afraid that our friend Jason here provided us with a pretty uninspiring list (minus a few emcees).

Personally, Kanye isn't a good lyricist. He's a bit underwhelming when he gets on the mic and when he sings certain hooks (The Corners). However, what he chooses to rap about makes all the difference. He's a producer first, and emcee second.

Sammi, download anything by K-OS. Hiphop for those who dislike hiphop. When you listen to his album EXIT, then you'll be like, "This is rap? Maybe I do like it, then."
