Guns don't kill people, doctors do

Doctors and Guns

Doctors:
A. The number of physicians in the U.S. is 700,000.
B. Accidental deaths caused by physicians per year are 120,000.
C. Accidental deaths per physician is just over 17%

Statistics courtesy of U.S. Dept of Health Human Services.

Now Guns:
A. The number of gun owners in the U.S. is 80,000,000. (Yes, 80
Million.)
B. The number of accidental gun deaths per year, all age groups, is
1,500.
C. The number of accidental deaths per gun owner is .00188%.

Statistics courtesy of F.B.I.

Statistically, doctors are approximately 9,000 times more dangerous
than gun owners.

Remember, "Guns don't kill people, doctors do."

FACT: NOT EVERYONE HAS A GUN, BUT ALMOST EVERYONE HAS AT LEAST ONE
DOCTOR!

Please alert your friends to this alarming threat immediately. We must ban doctors before this gets completely out of hand!!!!! Out of concern for the public at large, I have withheld the statistics on lawyers for fear the shock would cause people to panic and seek
medical attention.

Two words: debate Forum!!!! Please???

Seriously, this HAS to be spamming. I've never seen someone repeatedly post this much and never really reply to anything he himself has posted!

"We must ban doctors before this gets completely out of hand!!!!!" Are you kidding me? Both my grandparents were doctors and anyone who dies in the hands of a doctor was probably in good hands and the doctor was at least attempting to save his life...can a gun attempt to save anyone's life? This is rediculous.

All of the ones with questions if you are posting new ones...and please don't repeatedly post new threads...and also when you post them in the debate forum wait for people to reply when you do it...

Mods will move your already posted topics to the debate forums and/or other forums if they don't think yours belong here.

I totally agree with Eria. Just imagine the world without doctor and the world without guns. Do you know that in the world without doctors, 60% of us is already dead. And I don't see there's a big problem if we don't have guns.
You have to count have many lives do doctors save inna year. Don't be rediculous.

DOCTORS SAVE LIVES, GUNS DON'T.

Agreed. You can't get rid of doctors. When something goes wrong and people die at the hospital, the doctor did try to save the person's life, which is more than most people would do. Yeah, there are some bad doctors and sometimes they just sit there and say "I don't know" when they very well do. But the majority doctors do their best.
