you cant make your heart get over someone.
but you can make yourself believe you no longer like him.. like if i dont see the guy i like for a couple weeks, i feel like im almost over him and dont like him anymore. but the second i see him, i realize im not. wish it was easier

think of something else. keep yourself occupied. um...its a hard thing..i had the same problem..but i buried myself in school, dont do that tho, but just think of something else. something happier and better.

well....i'm sort of going through that. My personal opinion is to never lie to yourself. I read some of the earlier posts and i'm not against it or anything but i just believe lying doesn't work well in this situation. What i suggest is to repeat things to yourself. He's only one guy in your life. In college or whenever, yu'll find sum1 better. You'll find someone who's not ashamed of liking you. In the future, you'll find someone better. Just keep repeating that to yourself. Also, keep yourself preoccupied. Don't think about him that often.
Now, if only i can take my own advice... |

Immerse yourself in something positive.
Spend all your free time that you would normally spend thinking about him, doing something like working out or studying. you'll end up w/ either a really great body or straight A's

ok i stumble upon this cool webpage www.forgetex.com and it seemed pretty logical..but im hesitating to download the ebook... Has anyone purchase the book on way you can forget your ex?
There's also some articles you read for free, it helps me feel better and wanting to move on with my life again. I hope this helps.. |

For me the easiest way to get over someone is to meet new people. They cold be new friends new guys whatever. I did that and I got over my ex in no time. I was very shocked at myself because I thought I'd never get over him.
