Changing text color, How do I change the normal text color? |

Okay, i've never really needed to change the weblog text color before since I had the codes for diffrent colors for bold, italic, and underline. But I made my friend a layout but it's mostly dark colors like black and deep blue and such. And I need to know how to change her weblog text color from black to white so it can be more visable and easier to read. It's probably a very stupid question and im sure there's an easy solution, but i dont know how so if anyone could help me i'd be very thankful.
