my dad used to beat to the point of where i couldn't sit down for a week. but i haven't been "spanked" since 3rd grade and i'm techinally in 8th now. my mom punishes me by lecturing me and taking computer "priviledges"(yea right, it's mine) away from me.

i wore a thong at 13 (i'm 14) only because i hate underwear lines.
but maybe she had jeans that showed them and she didn't want people to see it? well anyways.. to the point---> i've never been smacked. maybe you should have a talk with her parents or tell her to talk with them. try not to get too invovled in her family life because sometimes it can only make situations worse. maybe she did something wrong to deserve to get smacked on the butt.

i'm 13 and i've never been smacked. if i do something wrong, my parents won't even punish me or ground me. they just sit me down and lecture me for a really long time to annoy me.

Different parents have different ways to decipline their children, perhaps that's the way they learned when they were younger. I guess it's normal, I don't get spanked o_o they either just yell at me, or...yeah that's about it.

i've never been spanked in my life bare bum or not. i mean, of course i wasn't always behaved as a kid, but i've never be spanked. not once. most people would look at my situation as my parents being to easey on me, or maybe even spoiled. but the truth is, i've never really done anything wrong enough for a spanking.
