i want my comments to have white line borders like on this site.

& i was told to replace the style property with this.

but I don't know what the style property would look like.

I narrowed the code down to this

<style>td{border: 1px solid padding:0;}</style>

it gives me the borders in the comment section i want but it also gives me a million other borders all over my site that I don't want. Is their anyway I can have it just in the comment section or at least reduce the amount of borders the code gives me?
