Creating a myspace picture background Options

I made a picture in Paint Shop Pro and saved it as a .jpg image. I want to use it as my myspace background. How should I do this?
Do I need to make it into a URL, and if so, how do I do this?

Upload it to a place such as Image Shack or [http://www.photobucket.com]PhotoBucket[/url]. Use the direct link either provides you with.
Since I assume you want this as a background for the entire page, use this. Replacing URL HERE with the direct link I mentioned earlier.
