i really want to grow taller ... as you can tell from my username... im short ... its no fun being short ... does anyone have any tip to make me grow?

Just keep eating right.
There isn't a lot you can do, really... just eat healthy and get a good amount of sleep. Things like that.

No stretching does not help. Its a myth. I dont know why people say that.

Oh and to add on a final note, there was a study that they did on kids and jumping or participating in physical activity triggered the bones to not only get stronger, but to grow more as well. Who knew? blink.gif
