Hi every how all you doinig well i'm a new member of thie forum and been doing some layout. But i was wondering " Do you guy's like it when people who made the layout put something about them to tell people who did it?" you like you name or logo well yea that is what i want it to know thank's.

i put my credits on there because, well, it's my work. so...i think i deserve the credit. and as james (marchhare2uralice) already said, it helps to prevent jocking/ers.

I mean, you made it. You should put whatever you want on there. It doesn't personally bother me. The designer should get some recognition. |

i dont really mind but unless they
cover the WHOLE LAYOUT with their name, yeah well then thats just annoying. ... ok im exaggerating, but if they put their name in a big font, where everybody stares at that and not at the layout or banner they made for me, yeah, thats annoying. |

ok well this the thing i have made a layout and i want to put it but if you take a look i had add it my name as part of the pictur.
 see it well yea i was wondering if it was ok to do something like that or is better just not to put anything on it. |

If it's not all over the place, all huge, but I don't mind if its there. Like, I don't like it when it's in the actual picture, I love when they make a module for it.

You mean for a layout to be accepted and shown in the skins forums? Well I think most layouts are accepted or rejected between 1-3 days. That's for Xanga Skins. I'm not quite sure about Myspace, Blogger, LJ.. etc. If you don't see your skin up in a couple days then it may have been rejected by a moderator. Make sure you follow the guidelines.. and that the skin is decent.  If you think you followed the guidelines and strongly feel that your skin should have been accepted then PM one of the Moderators in Xanga Staff or the Design Staff with a link to your skin and just ask them if the skin is good enough to be accepted.

i dont really mind if the font is small when they put dere name. i mean they deserve the crdit but when it takes up half of the layout or banner it gets my annoyed
