how do you use hex codes in photoshop and psp? i was wondering is it even possible? im tired of pickin out my colors with the mouse and its never the same.

Click on the color palette box to open the color palette (that's the little square with the color on the left toolbar). At the bottom of the color picker dialog box, there is a box marked "#". Paste a hex code into the box, and Photoshop will automagically set the color according to that hex code.

there's a button in photoshop that says 'web colors only' when you click on the color in the tool bar

in psp...theres a button that looks like a waterdrop thing that u squeeze water out of...by clicking on that...it enables you to click any color on ur image and the color appears over in the color box...or you can click on ur colors and where it says...HTML: and then has the box...type in the hex code that matches the color and itll be the same...
