I'm a girl and I said 31-40. I'm pretty strong. I don't know how long I could carry it for, but for long enough. I could carry more for a shorter period of time but.. you get the point. I've carried other girls that way around 90 before. mellow.gif

I you're talking about benching, I can only lift 95 (25 on each side, 45 pound bar... i think that's how you calculate) But other wise I could lift my ex-girlfriend and she's at least 120.

mines nothing special and you may think im lying but believe what you want.

In my family, we have a gene which gives us some bigger bicepts to grow faster then normal. So i believe i can carry about 60 each arm.

edit: i can use 80 pounds of weights for 20 minutes before my arm starts to get sore

If you've ever play school football or do wrestling in school, you're required, to lift weights and get stronger. And I think, if you did either of the two, you probably can carry 60+ pounds.

I personally can only do 250 for just a few seconds, it's called dead lift. Some guys probably know what that is. It's basically picking the bar up with your legs and not your back, hold it, then lower it done.

Dead lifts...god those suck. I used to do them in weight training before I had to study for exams and had all these projects.

Anyway, I can left 20 lbs for dumbbells, and I think 65 lbs for a bench press (the bar weighs 45 lbs., so that's like 20 on each side)

its not a gene... is more like traits... Im not trying to be mean but some times african americans are like bigger than most normal people if they do the same workout or w.e is like in their traits... my friend was like 200lbs he did like pushups 10 a day and like 20 situps a day( i use to workout with him together) and at the end the summer he had massive pecs and abs... (he had a gut when he started)
