well i just spent a great day with my gf and her mother, and mother's friend. i was getting dropped off by her mother's friend with all of them still in the car. i wanted to lean over and kiss my gf, nothing special, just a goodbye of sorts, but i just couldnt because her mother was there. and its not like her mother's friend is just w/e she is my gf's sunday school teacher.. lol.

i know its not really anything not to give her a good night kiss, but does it make me look like a wimp or something when i didnt? believe me i wanted to, and im still regretting i didnt.. i also think i would have felt really weird to lol

Well if her mother and her sunday school teacher know that you guys are together, I don't see why you couldn't have kissed her. I think a short goodbye kiss would've been okay.

i don't see what's so wrong with a short goodbye kiss. if it was a full makeout session, good lord child. but nothing's wrong with a little goodbye kiss.

What's wrong with a goodbye kiss? I don't think you will look like a wimp, maybe girls don't want to have a goodbye kiss at all. Call her and ask if you think your a wimp. happy.gif

I can see where the apprehension comes in...but a peck wouldn't have hurt anyone...even the Sunday school lady has proabably seen it a few times.

Yeah, I don't think there's anything wrong with that, especially since they know that you're together. Whenever I'm around my boyfriend's family, we're not afraid to kiss because they know that we're going out.

yeah, i agree. i can see where you were nervous, but i don't think a peck would've caused any drama or anything.

well as long as you keep it as a fast goodbye kiss then i don't think there should be a problem. but i am asian and most asian parents thinks that is disrespectful no matter how you put it or how quick it was.

I doubt she would think you are a wimp for that.

Kevin and I have been dating for 7 months, and we still don't kiss in front of his parents usually, even just a little peck. XP It's awkward, lol.

I don't think a small goodbye kiss would have been inappropriate.

Even if they knew that he was my boyfriend, I wouldn't take the chance of doing that. I'm scared of what they might do *squint*

well it really depends...if her parents aren't like mine, you could've kissed her. if they are...then what you did was good, otherwise you would have had a talking to lol it just depends on the situation.

lol I was going to say the same exact thing. But yea, a nice peck on the cheek or a quick lip lock is fine, although I wouldn't have gone into a long make out session with them watching, it would just be too awkward.
