Looks like one of those parody articles that CNN runs occasionally.
If not... they didn't ticket the chicken, you know. They ticketed the people who owned it, because of what it did. That isn't very unusual. I do think ticketing them for their chicken "jaywalking" is ridiculous though. |

Did anyone actually READ the part of the article that said....
