Mm..that's happened to me twice.
1.) Some random person asked me how to help her/him make her xanga better....I said I didn't know anything...so we just stopped talking.  2.) A french person imed me on msn and was like "bonjour" and started speaking all this french. I had to go to a translation site to understand it....and I tried replying in french x] She kept on asking me for my asl, so I just blocked her. [ Oh, and the sad thing is, she knows english. T.T] |

Just yesterday, this girl IMed...it went something like.
HER: heeyy..du u lyk, no [this total a-hole stoner chick?] ME: Yeah...and he's an a-hole stoner.... HER: omg no waa!! she smokes? ME: Like a chimney. HER: 4 reel? ME: I don't get close enough to smell her...for fear I would walk away high. HER: lolZ thaz crasy ME: Yeah. Whatever. All in all, I lost a few IQ points for even answering the first IM. (As a sidenote...there's gotta be at least few smokers here...and whatever...it doesn't bother me...this chick at my school is evil to everyone...and that's why I don't like her. Great. one time.....but i dont give my email adress out to people i dont know, unless i know them reeeeeealy well. But then even if one of my friends have it, it gets carried out like a chain, untill sumbody i dont know that well has it. But it wasnt a mean person that imed me- just mistakened me for sumbody else.

That's why I have my AIM set to either private or have it ask me if I want to accept an IM or not if they're not on my buddy list.
If they ask for help on sites and such, I immediately block them after they ask. Eh..

Yeah, that gets annoying. Most of them are little newbs on Xanga or whatever, and they get mad when I don't say 'hi' back, it's either that or I'm away doing something and I forget to put my away messages on.

i get many people like that.
right now a recent one was from a guy that goes to my school. and he does go to my school and knows of me and all but i dont know who he is. my freind is going to show him to me on tuesday cuz i think i got the pieces together. And she knows him. its kinda wierd though. he got my s/n from xanga so thats how it connects |

 yea i get a lot of ims, like once i forgott to put an away message and i was eating lunch and i came back to my computer i got like 50 messages from that person going all whacko. and i get a lot of xanga request and I usually say im busy.
