well i think becuz on the 10th she's performing at vancouver. and i live in richmond, which is right beside it. and my friend told me that she heard hilary duff will be at one of the malls =D filming something for her stuff from duff thingy

Omg, never hate I seen SO many Hilary haters ~ youse should just go away if you do't appreciate her work. At least she can sing better than you.. I think SHE ROCKS IT.. I would definately go if I lived anywhere near there! How an you not! Omg!
