That person might be someone from BlogRing or just someone who really hates CreateBlog. Here's what Jusun defined CreateBlog in Wikipedia:
"CreateBlog.com is a community driven blog support website, offering skins, scripts, tutorials, and support for Blogger, Xanga, Livejournal, Myspace weblogs, and website templates." Let me add that definition in there.
