Should be some more detail on the rose...the shading on the face is pretty good, but if it's a grayscale vector, make sure all the layers are actually grayscaled...I see some signs of red there. Also, the eyebrows and eyelashes are a bit unrealistic compared with the face. And the last few layers are sort of...darker than the other ones.
Overall, good. You're getting better. EDIT// If it's hard for you to see the inconsistency in colour, I've made it more obvious...this is how your vector looks after I increase the saturation. Now, keep in mind, with a grayscale vector, no matter how much I fiddle with the saturation the image should remain the same.

im really digging the depth of the face with how it was shaded...im agreed on the part of the flower needing more work...and quite possibly some hair? i dont know...but good job!
