shaving legs, thicker darker? |

does shaving (legs arms etc...) make them grow back thicker and darker? cuz i wna shave..but i'm afraid that it'll get worse if it grows back...i heard some people say it doesn't...but some say it does...

people shave there legs all the time, if your going to like every other day then it doesnt matter. oh and i disagree with the whole darker thing, yet some people believe it so whatever.

Everyone says so, but it's not true. It just appears like it, because it's all growing back at the same time. But I think shaving your legs...would be a lot more appealing then..not shaving. So shave.
 And..it's not like it grows back super fast. Just shave every couple of days, or just when you're wearing shorts/skirts. I haven't shaved in 3 days, and it's still smooth =] |

If you're going to shave.....you can't ever stop....because it'll keep growing...and yes...I think it does come back darker when the hair grows...and faster too...but you can decide if this is true for you or not....Sooner or later you'll have to shave because it'll be too obvious and...eww....

It does come back darker , but its better to shave or wax then not to shave or wax.

I actually have a friend whose hair came back lighter and sparser when she shaved, but my came back thicker and darker. I think it depends on the person. *shrug*
Either way, it really is nicer if you shave, but once you start you can't really stop unless no one will be seeing your legs. |

my mother said it did. but i shaved myself.... it doesnt grow back thicker at all. i have to touch up like evry month though

mine is darker. once i started shaving, i noticed the hair growing in thicker and darker... and it depends on wat kind of hair u have.. if u have blonde hair most times it grows back blonde
