That member is offering subdomains. For real websites like domain/subdomains, you have to make pages yourself. You can code it yourself in programs such as Dreamweaver MX or Microsoft Frontpage. For codes/HTML?CSS help, you can look in the Big Book of Resources. You code the homepage that you call index.html and make more pages naming them whatever you want and putting in (almost) whatever content you want in it. |

If you're getting a subdomain, you should be able to upload all your files through an FTP program.

No. Frontpage is for coding. FTP programs are for uploading files onto your subdomain.
