As for avatars, I really liek these kinds, they really look neat, and I've attempted them to no avail, any help? wub.gif

Last but not least,(I'm asking for a lot I know. =\]

How do I make a shape like that, are there any tutorials anywhere?

The first font is either 04b_03b or Small Fonts capitalized both found here.

The little photo, make a polaroid picture. Tutorial found here.

What shapes are you talking about? That's probably a custom one that Eve, the owner of tht avatar, made herself. Just make holes in them and add a stroke for each one. =)

That picture probably was just copied from somewhere and pasted in those um. polaroid frame. Haha.
I think the font in the Britney one is Ernest. You can also find that in Dafont.com. Keep in mind, I'm not sure.
Most avatars are 100x100 pixels.

.... For a shape like the last one, you use a template..... At least, that's what it looks like she did.

I don't have that much experience with pixelling, but I pixelled the template for my avatar myself, and yeah. It's really not that hard, you just make dots and lines and it always turns out pretty. There are always templates to download in graphic sites, but I never use those.
