The skin needs a bit more shading. I think it looks pretty good. The shirt is beautiful. =) I saw this vexeled in a tutorial.

It's pretty good. The shirt is in shadow on the left side, but you sort of cut it off, so she looks unproportional. I guess just add some shirt on there, but make it darker. Add more shading for the cleavage..it should go a little darker. The eyes are good =) The lip color looks a bit strange..change it to pinkish reddish brown or something. On the top of her head, the hair looks like it's outlined with the dark brown..so add some more hair or something. The bottom part of the hair looks pretty nice =] The neck looks a little fat for some reason..hm. The shading on her right arm looks pretty good.

wow thats really good..i love the hair.. but the lips sort of bother me..i think its the color..maybe red would compliment the green better..ur getting so much better... i love the shirt too..i hate vectoring clothes
