I love Alicia keys. The other choices are pathetic. There's no one from rock. Like patti Smith, Kim Gordon, Kim Deal, Debbie Harrie, Shirley Manson, courtney Love, or Amy lee. Diversity is good.

Half of those artists aren't even in the same league. You can't compare an Ashanti or a Ciara to an Alicia or a Beyoncé. They're just too different, vocally. That and where on earth did Foxy Brown come from? She's a rapper. And when's the last time she had a single/album? (And the remix of that 112 song doesn't count.)

i hardly ever listen to any of these since theyre not my interest but i do know alicia keys and her songs pretty well and a bit of each of the others so i definitely choose alicia keys. she definitely got some great voice talent. it goes even greater with her piano skills.
