how to make sub menu pop out, where mouse was clicked? Options

well anywho. if u want an example, heres my xanga

if u right click on the mouse the sub menu pops on the way bottom right corner...sometimes the menu will pop up sometimes it wont, u have to refresh it if it doesnt come out...but yeah, i wanted to know how to make it so that wen you right click the sub menu will pop out where ur mouse was...or if not than any other way to position it somwhere near the top of my xanga...help would be greatly appreciatted...thank you...
