^-Congrats! Not familiar w/ the 1986 constitution...let alone any of the RP's constitutions so...
 -I passed the California High School Proficiency Exam which means I have a certificate of proficiency which can act as a HS diploma. Now I can hopefully take those college courses that weren't avaliable to me before along w/ my HS classes.... -I was able to take advantage of a glitch in the Delta Air Lines reservation system and bagged a FREE roundtrip flight (well insert taxes and Travelocity's fee, then that's 30 bucks but still very cheap!) From Washington DC to Portland, Maine. At first it kinda seems pointless to do it but considering the miles I'd be earning for my account for the price I paid...I'd become an elite member w/ Northwest w/ some extra cash to spare. (Worldperks elite=50% mileage bonus and complimentary first class upgrades [based on availability.)  I booked this like a month ago and I'm going to begin the Los Angeles-Detroit-Washington DC-Cinncinati-Portland-Boston-Washington DC-Minneapolis/St. Paul-Milwaukee-Los Angeles mileage run/flying frenzy today.
