what do you mean?! Are you talking about a .gif animated image? if so, tell me what program you're using.

hmm i think you are using psp correct?
umm i think you change the delay time.

For this banner i am using Animation shop 3 and its gif. Heres a preveiew of the banner http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y72/charm.../AllCharmef.gif i told you its fast.

Holy crap. That is crazy. lol You need to open Animation Shop and adjust the time for each frame.

and i said you that you have to go through and edit the duration or delay time of the frames that you have.

it looks nice by the way happy.gif

Go into animation shop an press ctrl c an press alt enter an set it to around 30 or higher an click ok an then it should work ;] an i used it in 30 [hope you don`t mind] but did you want it like this



cause if so then that`s how you do it.
