wrong place. this belongs in webdesign.
anyways, you're supposed to press print screen. it should be next to F12. then you open up a paint editor (i.e., paint, PS, psp, etc.) paste it, and resize it. |

When you resize it, please don't include the browser symbols and make sure it's 500px x 500px. =)
