I feel as if I've lost something. I feel as if I've forgotten how to be human. I feel I've forgotten myself. I find myself losing more and more knowledge of my own self. Forgetting who it is I am. How is it I go about finding myself again? I want to refind my humanity, myself.

What do you mean you've lost yourself? Your right there! Pinch yourself, your still alive you'll feel it. I guess I see where you're coming from..that "blah" feeling. Just going along in life...sort of on the side. But I think all you can do..is get out there again. Make yourself some priorities. Find something important to you, and get out again. eh, I'm not a great advice giver but I hope things work out.

Basically, you feel as though you have lost your humanity and you want to regain something?
Or did you lose something close to you? Or did you lose your innocence?

If you want to find yourself again, just go out there and find it. Wallowing and sulking in a corner is not gonna help you find something that you lost. If you want something done, do it yourself, so find what you lost.

Keep a journal about your emotions every day. What happened. How you felt. What caused you to feel this way. How you feel in the end. Whether or not you think you should've felt that way. Then you realize what type of person you are.

ha i felt like that before well i dont think we are ever complete. people just like to think they are because of the satisfaction in that knowing they arent incomplete you know? youve always been like that so dont worry its just you seem and feel a lot diff that makes you think youve really lost something and you have. ermm.gif

It seems as you if you need "me time". That is when you get away from everyone and reflect on yourself. The best way to do this is the write out your thoughts, whatever comes to your mind, write it out. Let all your anger, sadness, happiness, etc. flow onto the paper. This will help get out a lot of confused feelings

I'm sorry. You should keep a journal of some sort, to help keep track of yourself and such. It's a nice way to express how you feel without stuffing all those bad emotions inside. Another idea is to motivate yourself into doing something that you love, instead of focusing on what you hate. Try finding a hobby or something? Hope this helps =]

Go hang out with a friend, like a really really close friend, as close as it can get. Or sleep. Sleeping helps. I know how you feel.

Keeping a journal doesn't help much, to me atleast it doesnt help much. I tried, and I gave up.
