i'm in shape only because i'm on the badminton team and i play badminton 1 1/2 hours every day.

you should either work out at a gym, or you could start sports again, like, as an activity.

Just keep the excercise going. I suggest liftin weights, I don't know how much you can lift, and eat a lot (protein in particular). Get some whey protein shakes an some bars. Damn good stuff, I don't care wat anyone says :)

Actually, cardio helps u build muscle. It will make u burn more calories, so u'd hav to eat more to keep up, but overall i think cardio is a good way. like if u start out with skinny legs, but u run a lot, eventually u'll get sum good muscle in there.

You could start out by doing around 20 pushups, then increasing it week by week, until you can do around 50 pushups per day, or more. Or you could lift weights, and increase that day by day.
