Like you know how backgroungs show like this
 Well banners dont show the background of the pic see  Gosh well this is what i mean the background of the pic is showing when i make my banners and i dont want them to show how do you make it so theres no background just the person???????????????????QUOTE please use thumbnails for images that stretch the forum

you can crop it out using a diffrent kind of cutt tool and cuting out the background .

Here's a tutorial that might help. There's not really a simple way to doing that type of stuff. I don't really recommend the magic wand tool because it usually leaves some empty spaces in the backgrounds that aren't the same color. I guess it works okay on one-colored backgrounds though.
